Visited George's Bistro on a Saturday evening w family. The ambiance was reminiscent of European restaurants mixed w a modern open kitchen concept and beautiful pizza oven. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Everyone in our group was super hungry and indecisive, so we went with a vegetable pizza, the George burger and Cacio Pepe. The vegetable pizza was fresh and light, the quality of meet for the burger was fantastic and cooked to the perfect temperature. The cacio pepe was flavorful and the right amount of spicy! After dinner we decided to try house ice creams, and we found out we were in for a treat! We tried balsamic vinegar, vanilla, chocolate and pistachio. Balsamic vinegar ice cream is hard to come by and this was ok but not my favorite. The vanilla was aromatic, but the pistachio and chocolate were heavenly. I still can't pick which one was better. I think I need to go for an another visit to make up my mind.

This place was busy on a rainy Tuesday night so we knew it must be good and George's Bistro did not disappoint! We shared the caprese salad which was lovely and I had flatbread pizza - Yum. Specialty drinks rock and the design is so comfortable and welcoming. Hubby and I have a new neighborhood favorite.

Uh oh....ZERO patrons on a Saturday morning around 11am?! Ya girl was STRESSED!!! Seated immediately, drinks en route to the table! Pear martini!! Yaasssss!! Not very sweet, perfect alcohol to ingredient ratio! $22 for some salmon on bread, you ask?!? Worth every bite! The dill cream cheese is the star of the show! They don't put little punk slithers of fish on there. They load you up! The fried chicken breakfast burrito! Epic! Enough for 2 eaters! Do not.....I say DO NOT skip dessert here! The lemon meringue pie is better than any delight from your southern nanna, granny, or meemaw...sorry. Because of hurricane Beryl, they were not able to receive the shipment of blueberry ice cream so we opted for the raspberry sorbet with our pie. I'm not mad at that substitution at all! My only complaint? The dessert just needs to be double the size! Lol Overall, this spot is a winner. A hidden gem! Beat me AND meet me there!

Great spot very good food and service was excellent. Found that this is a nice locally owned restaurant that was easy to get in and out there is outdoor seating if you like as well as a bar area to dine. Overall enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend. I will visit again . I had an off the menu item oxtail and it was excellent

You never know what you are going to get in a strip center restaurant - this one was great! Beautiful interior and great happy hour. We had the humus trio, beet salad and mushroom pizza - all were great! I had a pear martini which was a little sweet, but didn't stop me from having two!

Updating to give 5 stars. Came in for lunch with a friend. The food was SPOT ON! They made some great changes since the last time I had been here. The selection is really good. Lots of seafood. I literally almost licked my plate. They gave us complimentary dessert and the chef came out to talk to us and assure we enjoyed our meal. That is what we call "chef kiss"! I will be back! Don't skip this restaurant! It's a good one, yummm!

I came here on my birthday with my friends to celebrate. We wanted to try a new place because we always go to the same restaurants. Carly was our server (I hope I'm getting her name right it was a week ago). But she was amazing. She was the only server working that night and it got busy for an hour but she handled it like a champ. Her menu recommendations were really great. We started with a couple appetizers, the calamari and the suppli. The Suppli was so yummy, we had to get another order. The bartender was also really helpful. The service overall was amazing. The bathrooms were clean too. I got a free dessert and ice cream for my birthday. She asked me if I wanted her to sing along but I declined as birthdays are already too much. Thanks to everyone for cooking the food. We truly had a great time! We will return. I forgot to take pictures of the apps we were starving.

This place is so cute inside! The waiter my friend & I had was so attentive and kind. We were here for HRW and let me tell you -- it did not disappoint! I ordered a pear martini (that's extra) and it was delicious. Then we both decided to order two different items from each course. First course - she ordered The Queen Pizza and I got the Calamari "Fritto Mixto" and both were absolutely delicious! Second course - she ordered the Bucatini & I ordered the Cacio E Pepe and omg they were SO GOOD! Like creamy and the flavors were really there. And it's made with fresh pasta! Final course - she ordered the Buttercup and I ordered the Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding and let me just tell you these both were DIVINE...like so freaking good that you couldn't stop eating it. Overall, I very much enjoyed the dining experience and I will definitely be going back to try other items. I definitely recommend this place!
